Hello:
Campylobacter bacteria can contaminate a variety of chicken products.  Many campylobacteriosis illnesses can be linked to the preparation or consumption of chicken.  You are invited to participate in our survey to learn if consumers will accept or approve of 5 possible interventions for reducing Campylobacter contamination of processed chicken. 

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. Your name is not asked anywhere on the survey. No one will be able to identify you or your answers. There are no right or wrong answers. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. And, there are no personal questions associated with this survey. This survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete.
