Office of Veteran Services

Virginia Tech University and Boeing have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding as part of Boeing's commitment to veterans.  The MOU provides job interviews for VT student veterans enrolled at Virginia Tech.  All candidates must meet the minimum qualification of the position(s) being applied to for interview preference.

In conjunction with the 44th Annual Engineering Expo September 12-14, 2023, the Office of Veteran Services and Boeing would like to assist student veterans in engineering with resume reviews and interviews.  To do this, please take a look at the following opportunities for engineering internships and full-time positions as well as a requisition for general business internships.  Students should complete this survey for follow up contacts in relation to the positions.  This process is heavily connected to the survey.  Make sure to complete the survey in its entirety.

Fall 2023- 00000382710 - Engineering intern evergreen
Fall 2023- 00000382718- Engineering full time evergreen
 Fall 2023 - 00000382755- Business Intern evergreen

Student veterans may also explore and apply directly for Boeing positions.  When doing so, make sure to follow the steps below.  It is recommended - although not required - that you complete this survey again upon submission of your application so that OVS can assist with connecting you to Boeing HR both within the company and here on Blacksburg's campus.
How to Apply:
- Apply at https://jobs.boeing.com/veterans
- In the "How did you hear about us" section of the application select "ROTC_USA Program"
- In the Education Section please confirm that Virginia Tech appears in the "School or University" selection.  Note this may pre-populate if uploading a resume.
