This survey is intended for students who are already in the ME Department (ME, AUTE, or RBMT majors or Nuclear Engineering minors) who were unable to enroll in ME- or NSEG-subject courses due to prerequisite errors or other registration errors. We cannot do force-adds for time or instructor preference.

***To request a force-add into a non-ME (or NSEG) course, please contact the department teaching the course you wish to add.***

Note that you will be asked to provide proof of enrollment in the prerequisite course if you are taking a transfer course over the summer to satisfy prerequisite requirements. You should take a screenshot of your unofficial transcript showing enrollment in the equivalent prerequisite course before starting this survey. You will required to submit an official transcript at the end of the summer to stay enrolled in any course(s) requiring this prerequisite.
