Virginia Water Monitoring Council Photo Contest Entry Form

Use this entry form to participate in the Virginia Water Monitoring Council's 2022 Photo Contest. Participants submitting photographs for the contest must be at least 18 years old and own all legal rights to submitted photos. All photos must be taken in Virginia and be submitted as .jpeg or .jpg files. Submit photos in one of three categories:

· Water Monitoring (e.g., a monitoring activity in a field or laboratory setting)

· Water in Nature (e.g., rain, snow, stream, pond, bay) or

· Water Treatment (e.g., treatment plant, stormwater best management practice).

You may submit up to three photos, but you need to complete a separate entry form for each photo.

Photos with a recognizable person or persons require a completed Model Release Form from each subject. A blank form is provided HERE (PDF).
