1. A team member from Virginia Tech will be in touch to answer any questions about the program and to talk through the application procedures.
2. If you decide to apply, your team member will guide you through the application process, helping to ensure all the necessary paperwork is completed before the closure of this year's enrollment window. 
3. Your application will be reviewed along with the others from this enrollment window. Applications will be selected based on the potential for improving mass balance and the availability of funding. 
4. Applications selected will be notified in November. 
5. Contracts will be distributed in December.
6. Enrollment begins January 15th.
