Video Game Research Study 2024

Hello:

We would like to invite you to take part in our research study. You can learn more about the study from the information sheet given below.

If you provide us with your personal and health history information, we can determine your eligibility to participate in the study. To proceed, you may click on the Start button at the bottom of this page to fill out a questionnaire now. The questionnaire will take about 5 - 10 minutes to complete. If you change your mind while filling out the questionnaire, you may terminate the process at any time. Your incomplete responses will be removed from our database.

We will pick one in 30 respondents who successfully completed the questionnaires in good faith to receive $30 in cash. In addition, if you qualify to participate in our study, we will liaise with you to schedule a lab session. The compensation for lab participation is $25.
