This online proposal form for Open Education Initiative Grants is one piece of the complete proposal packet. Other pieces are:

- Signed letter of agreement 

- Course Syllabus (listing currently required or optional course materials)

- Governance-approved syllabus and coversheet (available from Registrar at registrar@vt.edu)

- (optional) Sample of materials already created on which you plan to build your project. 

After completing the online application, please compile and email these documents to: arwalz@vt.edu  with the subject line: OEI Grant Application
