VTH Blood Bank: Feline Screening Survey Thank you for your interest in volunteering your cat for the blood donor program! We really appreciate your willingness to be a part of this life-saving effort! Please answer the questions below in order to verify your cat meets the criteria necessary to become a donor cat. If the answers qualify your cat to continue, we can then set up an initial blood donor evaluation. This evaluation would begin the behavioral and physical health portion of the screening process.
