VTH Blood Bank: Canine Screening Survey
Thank you for your interest in volunteering your dog for the blood donor program! We really appreciate your willingness to be a part of this life-saving effort!
Blood donors need to weigh 55 pounds or more, be between 1-8 years old, be in good health, and be reasonably well-behaved. They need to be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, and Leptospirosis vaccinations. We also need the dog to be willing to lay on a table for 10 minutes with handling and not be too afraid of clippers (we shave a spot on the neck). If you think your dog would be a good candidate for the blood donor program please fill out the information below.
